Frequently asked questions
- A flat ¥980 nationwide by refrigerated courier, free on orders over ¥8,000. Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands carry a ¥500 surcharge.
- Because our products are fresh produce, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us the day it arrives with a photo and we will reship or refund immediately.
- We ship anywhere in Japan. For some remote islands, chilled-courier transit times make freshness hard to guarantee, so please contact us before ordering.
- Set contents are chosen by us from whatever is best in the field that day. If you have allergies or dislikes, note them at checkout and we will always leave them out.
